电沉积制备钯微/纳米结构材料
The preparation of Pd micro-/nanostructure materials by electrodeposition
【摘要】 利用准二维电沉积法,通过控制不同浓度的PdCl2溶液和沉积电压,在硅衬底上制备出了钯微/纳米结构材料,分别用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对沉积物的形貌和结构进行了表征.结果表明,随着溶液浓度和沉积电压的不同,沉积物呈现出准阵列、"树枝"状和膜状三种形貌,溶液的离子浓度和生长电势对于沉积物形貌具有决定性的影响,这些钯微/纳结构材料均由钯纳米颗粒构成,属于面心立方结构.
【Abstract】 We electrodeposited three Pd nanomaterials of different morphologies including the quasi-one-dimensional array,branching shape and periodic film on the silicon substrate using the quasi-two-dimensional electrodeposition method. The morphologies and structures of electrodepositon were characterized by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the nanometerials consist of plenty of nanometer grains. The concentration of Pd2+ electrolyte and the applied voltage in the process of electrodeipositon determine the final morphologies of the deposit.
