环境友好条件下甲烷等离子体转化生成液态产物、氢和氨的研究
Studies of the plasma conversion of methane into liquid products,hydrogen and ammonia at an environmentally friendly condition
【摘要】 介绍了在环境友好的常温、常压无催化剂条件下,利用大气压强电场电离气体放电,将CH4和N2转化一步生成液体燃料、H2和NH3的研究.甲烷转化生成液态产物的质量转化率达26.3%,能量效率达22.9g/kWh.液态产物中含有烯烃、炔烃、吡咯、吡嗪等多种化合物,是重要的香料、医药、染料等有机合成中间体.甲烷转化生成H2的浓度为9.1%(V/V),产率、能量产率分别为1879.8μmol/min和186.5μmol/kJ,生成NH3的浓度达8000ppm(1ppm=1×10-6).整个反应过程符合绿色化学的原则.
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method for the conversion of methane into liquid products, hydrogen and ammonia using the strong electric-field discharge plasma under the conditions of room temperature and atmospheric pressure without any catalyst as environmentally friendly conditions. The liquid products were collected on the plate, which consisted of olefin, alkyne, pyrrole, methylpyrazine and so on, and which were the intermediates of drug, flavor, dye and organic synthesis. The collection efficiency in mass and energy efficiency were 26.3% at once and 22.9 g/kWh, respectively. The highest yield, productive rate and ability of H2 were 9.1% (V/V), 1879.8 μmol/min and 186.5 μmol/kJ, respectively. The highest yield of NH3 was 8000 ppm. The whole reaction process was considered to be in line with Green Chemistry Principle.
