【摘要】 目的:观察带防黏连隔离膜的类Y型硅胶导管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效,评价其应用价值。方法:对38例(48眼)泪道阻塞患者行带防黏连隔离膜的类Y型硅胶导管植入术,为治疗组;另外对38例(46眼)泪道阻塞患者行不带防黏连隔离膜的类Y型硅胶导管植入术,为观察组;对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗组所有病例术后1个月通畅率为89%,3个月通畅率为78%,术后半年及一年通畅率为71%和65%。观察组术后第1个月通畅率为67%,术后第3个月通畅率为60.2%,术后半年通畅率为52.9%,术后一年通畅率为42.3%;两组病人疗效具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:带防黏连隔离膜的类Y型硅胶导管植入术对治疗泪道阻塞效果确切,复发率低,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the implantation of Anti-adhesion membrane of isolated silica Y-type catheter for lacrimal duct obstruction and evaluate its application value.Methods:The implantation of Anti-adhesion membrane of isolated silica Y-type catheter was used for 38 cases(48 eyes) of lacrimal duct obstruction in the treatment group;the implantation of silica Y-type catheter was used for the other 38 cases(46 eyes) of lacrimal duct obstruction in the observer group;the two groups were compared in the curative effect.Results:The cure rate in the treatment group after the first and the third month of treatment was 89% and78%,after six months of treatment it was 71%.The cure rate after one year of treatment was 65%.The cure rate of the observer group at the first and the third month of treatment was 67% and60.2%,after half a year of treatment it was 52.9%,after one year of treatment it was 42.3%; There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Implantation of Anti-adhesion membrane of isolated silica Y-type catheter for lacrimal duct obstruction Shows the exact effect and low relapse rate,worthy to be popularized.更多还原
