HA-TCP/CS/骨碎补复合材料修复骨缺损骨密度测定

【摘要】 目的:HA-TCP/CS/骨碎补复合支架作为骨修复材料的可能性。方法:12只新西兰白兔随机分成两组,在下颌骨设计两处方形缺损,A组植入相应大小的骨碎补粉型复合材料,B组植入骨碎补溶剂型复合材料,分别于第2、4、8周末处死动物并取标本,行骨密度测定。结果:A组骨缺损区修复后骨组织骨密度测定结果显示新生骨质量较高,骨愈合情况优于其他组。结论:HA-TCP/CS/骨碎补复合材料应用于骨缺损修复可促进骨生成,且骨碎补粉型效果较好。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the possibility to use hydroxyaptite/tricalcium-phosphosphate/chitosan(HA/TCP/CS)/rhizoma drynariae composite for bone defect repairing.Method:We divided 12 White rabbits into two groups:Group A and Group B and made two square bone defects on the submaxilla.The two defects was reconstructed with the powder form of composite in Group A and with the solvent form of composite in Group B,respectively.The reconstructive ability of bone defect was evaluated by bone densitometry.Results:The bone densitometry showed that the regeneration of new bone in Group A was better than that in Group B.Conclusion:The HA-TCP/CS /rhizoma drynariae can accelerate the osteogenesis and bone restoration.The powder form of rhizoma drynariae excelled the other forms.
