【摘要】 某教学楼原为三层砖混结构房屋,为满足发展的需要,决定在原建筑上分离式套建增加二层,选用由角钢混凝土柱和内置H型钢预应力混凝土组合梁组成的新型框架结构型式。为确保在套建增层施工过程中原房屋的正常使用,采用施工阶段自承重现浇混凝土楼盖结构。系统报道了本套建工程的设计思路、施工措施,不但可供建造同类工程时参考,而且为完善既有房屋套建增层改造决策系统和技术措施提供有利的技术支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of the development,a 2 stories outer-jacketing frame is to be built around a 3-storiey masonry school building. The angle-steel concrete column & the encased H-shape steel composite beam are used in the outer-jacketing frame. In order to make sure that the original building works as usual during construction,self-supporting in-situ concrete floor structure during construction is adopted. The design methods and construction techniques for this reconstruction project are systemically introduced. It not only can be served as reference for the construction of the similar project,but also can provide the technical support for perfecting the decision-making system and technique measure of the outer-jacketing structure for adding story around existing building.更多还原
