蒸汽沿井筒流动过程热损实验及数值模拟

【摘要】 蒸汽沿井筒流动过程中,蒸汽参数(压力、温度及干度等)和径向散热损失均沿流动过程变化。对井筒传热过程进行了分析,建立了数值模拟计算模型。通过地面模拟实验,实测了隔热管的热损分布。研究结果发现,接箍和隔热管外壁存在热桥,受影响的隔热管长度在0.5m左右。同时,接箍处热流密度是正常隔热管的3倍以上,是需要研究的重点。按实验修改后的隔热管视导热系数模拟计算井筒热损分布,精度有较大提高。

【Abstract】 In the process of steam flow along the wellbore,steam parameters (pressure,temperature and quality etc.) and radial heat loss both change with the steam flow. The wellbore heat transfer has been analyzed,and the numerical simulation model has been established. Through the ground-based simulation test,the distribution of heat loss along the insulated pipes is surveyed. The study result shows that:heat channel is existed between the collar and insulated pipe; and the affected length of insulated pipe is about 0.5 meter. Meanwhile,the heat density of collar is more than 3 times of normal insulated pipe,which needs mainly study. Heat loss distribution along the wellbore can be simulated by apparent heat conductivity of insulated pipe which has been revised according to the test. And this result has much improved precision.
