【Abstract】 A method of RS-LT Concatenated Code which can efficiently improve the quality of the received data even under the condition of low SNR was presented.The basic concept and characteristic of Fountain codes are introduced,and the question of degree distribution,the encoding and decoding algorithm of Fountain codes were introduced.The RS-LT Concatenated Code’s superiority to the LT code in decoding failure probability was analyzed.The simulation results show that RS-LT Concatenated Code allows for reliable communication at low SNR.更多还原
