自交叉遗传算法
Novel Self-cross Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 传统的双亲遗传算法能够通过交叉运算,实行基因重组,从而得到问题的有效解。但这种算法只是注重了不同染色体间组合的有效性,对于染色体本身的特性没有研究。通过引入单亲遗传算法的交叉运算,发现两者的结合能够有效地提高遗传算法的效率,从而提出了自交叉遗传算法(self cross GA)。通过对比传统的遗传算法(GA)求解函数优化问题的表现,证明该算法具有更好的精确度和收敛性。
【Abstract】 The traditional genetic algorithms work out the effective solutions by cross and mutation operater to finish genetic recombination.However,traditional genetic algorithms just pay attention to the different combinations of gene in parent-chromosome rather then to focus on the characteristics of the chromosome.Therefore,a self-cross genetic algorithm(SCGA) is proposed that introduced partheno-genetic glgorithm’s particlular genetic operators to traditional genetic algorithms.Finally,by comparing their performance on function optimization,its advances is obvious.
