星载干涉红外光谱仪能量分析与计算

【摘要】 星载干涉红外光谱仪的能量特性如系统信噪比、系统灵敏度等对仪器的性能起着决定性作用;在设备研制前对光谱仪系统的能量特性进行有效的分析与计算是非常必要的。从红外辐射基本定律及其应用要求着手,建立了星载干涉红外光谱仪能量辐射计算模型,推导出了有效的能量估算方法和公式,并结合所从事的实际项目给出了仿真结果与结论。光谱仪的信噪比和灵敏度受干涉仪效率、F数、工作帧频、探测器等各种参数的共同影响,仪器优化设计应综合考虑各参数的影响。

【Abstract】 Spaceborne interferential infrared spectrometer energy properties such as system signal to noise ratio and sensitivity play a decisive role in performance of the equipment,an effective analysis and calculation is necessary before the successful development of the equipment.The basic law of infrared radiation and its applications are analyzes,energy radiation calculation model has also been the establishment for satellite interferential infrared spectrometer.Furthermore,the efficient energy estimate methods and formulas are derived.Finaly,the simulation results and conclusions of the actual projects are given that signal to noise ratio and sensitivity of spectrometer are combined effect by various parameters such as interferometer efficiency,F number,working frame rate,detector etc,it should be comprehensively considered in the optimize design of instrument.
