离心压缩机管系振动分析及减振措施
Piping Vibrauon Analysis and Measures of Vibration Damping of Centrifugal Compressor
【摘要】 针对离心压缩机管系振动十分强烈的情况,进行振动分析。利用CAESARⅡ和MATLAB软件分别对管系的机械固有频率和气柱固有频率进行计算,结合计算结果分析确定引起管系振动的主要原因,并提出减振措施,对减小现场管系的振动具有实际价值。
【Abstract】 In view of a strong piping vibration case of centrifugal compressors to make a vibration analysis,using of CAESAR Ⅱ and MATLAB software calculate the piping of the natural frequency of the mechanical and the gas columns,combined with analysis of calculation results to determine the main reason for the piping vibration and to develop an effective measures of vibration damping.It has a practical value for piping vibration damping in the plant.
