多站注水系统柱塞泵运行方案优化研究
Optimization Algorithm Study of the Pump’s Running Parameters in Multi-stations Water Flooding Constituted Plunger Pumps
【摘要】 通过对柱塞泵组成的多水源注水管网的研究,提出一种二阶优化开泵方法。将目标函数的优化分为站的优化和站内优化两步,从而达到了对整体目标函数的优化。可用于指导注水系统运行中的优化节能问题。该优化方法首先以注水系统能耗最低为目标函数,合理确定系统边界约束条件。通过迭代法求解该非线性最优化问题,计算出整个系统中各注水站的最优流量及压力值。给出了具体实现方法,进而在确定注水站排量的基础上,综合考虑注水站内柱塞泵的型号、柱塞直径系列及泵与电机效率等因素,调整、确定站内开泵方案。经实践证明,该方法是准确有效的,节能效果明显;且能够根据生产工况进行动态优化,操作简便,对类似油田节能降耗具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 The multi-stations water flooding system constituted plunger pumps is studied and a second-order optimization algorithm method for the pump’s running parameters is given.The objective function was divided into optimize of stations and within stations.It can be used to guide in optimizing energy conservation in the operation of water flooding system.First of all,the minimum energy consumption was used as the objective function.Then reasonable determine the system boundary conditions.The optimal value of flow and pressure for every station through iterative method for solving the nonlinear optimization problem are calculated.Based on the calculated results.Plunger pump models,plunger diameter series and the efficiency of pumps and motors and other factors for every station are considered and at last the program for pump how to run is determined.This model was proved to be right and precision.The optimization method has much meaning for saving and reducing energy in the similarity oil fields.
