【Abstract】 The basic task of the sequence comparison is:(1)to distinguishing the difference between two sequences;(2)to judge the prefix of a sequence matches the suffix of the other sequence;(3)to judge two sequences have common subsequences;(4)to judge a sequence is the subsequence of another sequence.A coding method is proposed based on dual nucleotides of the DNA sequence and made sequence comparison based on exclusive-or operation.更多还原
