油田注水系统地面管网腐蚀研究

【摘要】 油田注水系统的注入水质将造成地面管网腐蚀,降低注水管道的承压能力、使用寿命和安全运行可靠性。对大庆油田采油一厂注水系统地面管网腐蚀状况进行调查,通过现场和室内实验及测试分析,确定了介质腐蚀速度的影响因素。随溶解氧含量、氯离子浓度和硫酸盐还原菌数量增加,介质腐蚀速度增强;主要以氧腐蚀为主,微生物腐蚀为辅,并发生了以氢去极化为主的二氧化碳腐蚀。

【Abstract】 The pipeline network corrosion of oil recovery plant No.1 in Daqing oil field were investigated.By developing the practical experimentation and testing analysis,the influencing factors of corrosion rate were found out.It can be concluded that corrosion rate will increased with the content of dissolved oxygen and the concentration of chlorine hydronium and the amount of sulfate reducing bacteria.The pipeline network corrosion gives priority to oxygen corrosion and gains the supplement of animalcule corrosion and carbon dioxide corrosion in which hydrogen depolarization reaction occurs mainly.
