【摘要】 通过对新产品开发知识联盟的研究,总结影响选择联盟伙伴的因素,建立新产品开发知识联盟伙伴选择评价体系。并在比较AHP和ANP的基础上,选取ANP来构建建立联盟动机和联盟伙伴选择指标之间的网络关系,赋予新产品开发知识联盟伙伴选择指标以相应的权重,最后按照备选联盟伙伴评价优先级来选择联盟伙伴。更多还原
