【摘要】 综合集成方法论是研究复杂系统的方法论。大型工程是典型的复杂系统,综合集成方法论要成为诸如大型工程项目等复杂系统管理的有效工具,必须与管理实践结合,形成属于复杂系统科学范畴的管理理论元素和基本范式,即综合集成管理。本文首先介绍了综合集成管理的概念与内涵,在此基础上,遵循一般管理学的研究范式,研究了综合集成管理的基本职能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Meta-synthetic is the methodology of complex systems.Only by combining meta-synthetic methodology and management practice to build a theoretical system for the complex science,meta-synthetic can become a useful tool for complex system management such as large-scale complex construction project.We call it meta-synthetic management.This paper first describes the contents and then researches the basic functions based on the traditional management research paradigm.更多还原
