【摘要】 加强科技研发、提高自主创新能力是上海经济社会持续发展的动力所在。对上海市04-06年的获奖科技成果进行了数据收集和系统研究。通过对各年度获奖情况的数据分析,探讨了获奖科技成果在经济效益、社会效益、科技创新等方面的后续发展情况,指出获奖成果在后续发展中存在的问题,并针对科技成果管理工作提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the power of Shanghai’s economic and society sustained development to strengthen the technical research and sharpen the innovation ability.The article has carried on the data collection and the system research about the Shanghai 04-06 year prize scientific and technical achievements.The article has discussed the following states of the prize scientific and technical achievements in aspect and so on economic efficiency,social efficiency and scientific innovation.Then the question which exists in the prize achievement following development has been pointed out and the countermeasure proposal has been put forward.更多还原
