【摘要】 在分析知识产权文化概念的基础上,归纳了知识产权文化具有的四个特征。通过分析中国传统文化中的消极因素以及中国传统文化和西方文化之间存在的观念上的差异,指出中国要想改变传统文化,培育知识产权文化会有一个逐步发展的过程。中国政府在培育知识产权文化的过程中将起到主导作用,政府将通过制定鼓励创新的知识产权公共政策;增强知识产权宣传教育工作;加强知识产权行政执法来培育知识产权文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essay makes a clear definition of intellectual property culture and sums up the characteristics of intellectual property culture.There are some negative factors in Chinese traditional culture and conceptual difference between Chinese traditional culture and western culture.Chinese will change the traditional culture and foster intellectual property culture step by step.Chinese government should play a leading role during the course of cultivation of intellectual property culture.In order to foster the intellectual property culture,Chinese government will make intellectual property policy which can facilitate innovation,publicize the intellectual property learning and strengthen the intellectual property administrative enforcement.更多还原
