【Abstract】 This paper traces Huawei ’s technological development of "duplicative imitation-creative imitation-innovation",which is the representative emerging technology firm in China,shows how Huawei has realized the development of technological capabilities and develops its indigenous innovative capabilities as a latecomer.Our study indicates that integrating efficient technological learning,sustainable R&D and appropriate Internationalization is a vital Leapfrogging path for China’s emerging technology firms as"latecomers".更多还原
