网络隐私关注与行为意向影响因素的概念模型

【摘要】 随着电子商务的发展和网络交易的普及,消费者网络隐私成为了电子商务发展的核心和关键问题。提出了一个网络隐私关注与行为意向影响因素的概念模型,包括文化因素、制度因素、个人因素和风险因素,并针对中国特有的文化和制度情境,对网络隐私关注和行为意向的关键影响因素进行了分析。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of e-commerce and increased number of online transactions in China,consumer privacy has become an important issue for e-commerce.Although the issue had been addressed in many previous studies,these studies were typically conducted in developed countries in different cultural and institutional contexts.The paper provides a theoretical model of consumer online privacy concern and behavior intention taking into consideration of demographic,risk,cultural,and institutional factors based on case analysis in China.
