【Abstract】 In this paper the criteria for performance excellence is applied in the establishment of management pattern of manufacturing firms based on the research of the dynamic management pattern. And then,the structure of the management pattern combined with the criteria for performance excellence is studied and the subsystems of the pattern are also described in this paper. Finally,the paper proposes the method of monitoring the operation effect of the dynamic management system.更多还原
