【Abstract】 There are many causes for road traffic accidents,but they can be largely attributed to four aspects of people,vehicles,environment and regulations by use of factor analysis.This paper proposes to evaluate the road traffic conditions of each region by analyzing the public factor scores and general scores which reflect the traffic conditions.This can provide the reference for the guidance and decision-making of road traffic safety management.更多还原
