微波消解预处理技术在食品分析中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了微波消解预处理技术用于食品消解时样品的取样量、所用溶剂种类和数量、预消解以及消解程序;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了国家标准参考物质奶粉(GBW10017)和鸡肉(GBW10018)的金属元素含量,其测定值在标准参考值范围内,方法的准确度为94.2%~114%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~4.8%,样品加标回收率为91.6%~109.02%;该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于食品的检测分析。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly discussed the advantages of general experimental method applied to the digestion of foodstuff after pretreatment by microwave digestion and then described the amount of samples,the method of the pretreatment of samples,the sort and amount of the solvents,predigestion and the choice of digestion.The national standard reference materials such as milk powder(GBW10017)and chicken(GBW10018)determined simultaneously by ICP-MS were applied in the process of sample analysis,and the determination values of the standard reference materials were within the certified values.The accuracy of the method was 94.2%~114%,and the RSD was 1.3%~4.8%.The recoveries of the spiked samples were 91.6%~109.02%.This method has the characteristics of simple operation,rapid analysis,high accuracy and reliability,and can be applied to the analysis of food samples.
