双电机激振系统变频控制设计
Design on frequency control exciting system of two-motor-driving
【摘要】 基于PLC,应用变频技术,改变振动筛激振电机的振动频率,在泥浆返出量变化的一定范围内使其振动频率随机变化。该控制系统满足了同步控制、节约能源、延长激振电机寿命的要求,提高了钻井效率。
【Abstract】 Based on PLC, by using of the frequency conversion technology, the vibriating fre- quency of exciter is variable. In some certain, the vibrating frequency changes with the the returned drilling slurry capacity. Moreover, the control system satisfies the demands of synchronization- control, saving-energy and extending the service life of the excitor. As a result, the drilling effi- ciency is raised
