【摘要】 目的:寻找一种治疗原发性三叉神经痛的有效方法,达到治愈三叉神经痛,又不出现明显并发症的目的。方法:60例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机均分为2组,治疗组以阿霉素行三叉神经干注射结合骨腔刮治术进行治疗。对照组口服卡马西平,对比两组疼痛积分、疼痛持续时间、发作频率及临床疗效等方面的差别,并进行统计学分析。结果:对30 d后的疗效进行观察,发现两组在疼痛积分、疼痛持续时间、发作频率上存在显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义,治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率70.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:阿霉素神经干注射结合骨腔刮治术治疗原发性三叉神经痛具有近期疗效确切、安全、微创等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore an ideal method to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia without any sequence of facial numbness.Methods: 60 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The patients in treatment group were treated by injecting adriamycin to the nerve trunk and curettage of pathologic jawbone.The patients in control group were treated with carbamazepine.The pain score,attack frequency,duration of pain and clinical efficacy were compared and statistically analyzed between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: After 30-day’s treatment,there were significant differences in the observed factors between two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%,in contrast with 70.0% in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Injecting adriamycin to the nerve trunk and curettage of pathologic jawbone has steady therapeutic effect,which is safety and microtrauma.更多还原
