【摘要】 目的:探讨舌前腺囊肿复发的相关因素和临床治疗方法。方法:对34例舌前腺囊肿治疗后复发的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:34例复发病例中,非手术治疗后复发10例,手术治疗后复发24例。再次手术行囊肿及舌前腺一并摘除术,术后随访0.5～1年,2例复发,其余病例均未见复发。结论:治疗方法选择不当和不规范的手术方法是导致舌前腺囊肿复发的直接原因,采用舌前腺及囊肿一并摘除的术式效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this article was to study relevant causes of recurrence of Blandin-Nuhn mucocele and its clinical therapy.Methods:34 recurrence cases of mucocele of glands of Blandin-Nuhn were retrospectively analyzed.10 cases were recurrent after conservative treatment,and 24 cases were recurrent after the first surgical treatment.Results:The anterior lingual glands of all 34 cases were excised concomitantly with the cyst at the second operation.All patients were followed up for 6～12 months.Except 2 cases were recurrent,there was no recurrence in other cases.Conclusion:Excision of anterior lingual gland together with the cyst is a better way to prevent the recurrences of mucocele of glands of Blandin-Nuhn.更多还原
