【摘要】 目的:探讨面中部骨折坚强内固定术后并发症的发生规律。方法:总结220例面中部骨折患者坚强内固定术后并发症发生的临床资料。结果:仅13例患者术后1～2周出现感染。术后当天26例伴牙合干扰,术后4周复查仍有15例存在牙合干扰。结论:感染和牙合干扰是面中部骨折坚强内固定常见并发症。感染的发生与骨折部位、手术入路无明显关系。伴下颌骨骨折的患者术后牙合干扰发生率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the complications of the rigid internal fixation(RIF) of midface fractures.Methods: The data of the complications of 220 cases of midface fracture after RIF,including infection,occlusal interference,suborbital nerve injury was retrospectively reviewed.Results: 13 patients occurred infection after operation.There were 26 patients with occlusal interference on the operation day,and 15 patients with occlusal interference lasted for 4 weeks.Conclusion: The infection and occlusal interference were common complication of midface fracture after RIF.There was no significant relation between the infection and the fracture site or operative approach.There was higher occurrence rate of occlusal interference in cases with mandibular fractures.更多还原
