【摘要】 目的探讨家族性嗜铬细胞瘤病因诊疗方法.方法回顾性分析2例家族性嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料.结果2例患者行肿瘤切除术后血压恢复正常.结论家族性嗜铬细胞瘤的病因目前尚不明确,据临床表现,影像学等可确诊,手术仍是唯一有效的治疗方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the etiological factors,diagnosis and treatment of familial Pheochromocytoma.Methods Clinical data of 2 cases familial pheochromocytoma were retrospectively analyzed,and connecting references were reviewed.Results Two patients were operated on,and the diagnosis was verified by pathological examination.The symptoms were all disappeared after operation.Conclusions The etiological factors of familial Pheochromocytoma are still not certain.The final diagnosis can be made by the typical symptoms and iconography.Operation is still the only way to cure it.更多还原
