【摘要】 目的回顾性分析我院近两年来麻醉药品的使用情况,为促进合理用药提供依据.方法查阅2007～2008年麻醉药品处方,统计药名、规格、用法用量和用途等内容.结果我院主要使用麻醉药品7种,剂型3种.2008年麻醉药品总用量比2007年增加.枸橼酸芬太尼注射液(0.1mg)的用药频度居第一,且呈逐年上升的趋势.结论我院麻醉药品的应用基本合理,但仍要注意遵循癌症疼痛三阶梯止痛治疗原则,减少不良反应.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the usage circumstance of anaesthetics in my hospital in the last two years, and to provide basis for rational use of anaesthetics.Method We checked the anaesthetics prescription from 2007 to 2008, and analyzed statistically the medicine, specification, method of using contentses,dosage and use etc.Result classes of anaesthetics were mainly used in my hospital, and there were3 dosage forms.The total dosage of anaesthetics used in 2008 were more than that in 2007. The FENTANYL CITRATE INJECTION (0.1 mg) was the most frequently used anaesthetic, and had the tendency to increase. Conclusion The use of anaesthetics in my hospital is reasonable,but we still need to follow cancer ache three stairs to relieve pain a treatment principle and reduce adverse effects.更多还原
