列舒胶囊对实验性前列腺增生的影响

【摘要】 目的研究列舒胶囊对前列腺增生的影响,评价其利尿、抗炎和抑菌作用.方法复制胎鼠尿生殖窦植入成年小鼠前列腺腹叶模型,评价列舒胶囊的抗良性前列腺增生作用;采用大鼠代谢笼法测定本品对尿量的影响;利用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀方法,观察列舒胶囊对炎症反应的影响;测定其体外抑菌作用.结果结果表明,列舒胶囊能明显减轻前列腺的湿重并降低血清酸性磷酸酶的水平;列舒胶囊可明显增加大鼠的尿量;高、中剂量时,本品还具有显著减轻小鼠耳廓及大鼠足跖肿胀度;列舒胶囊对常见致病菌有一定的抑制作用,其对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、淋球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为250、250和500mg/L.结论列舒胶囊具有明显的抑制前列腺增生和利尿作用,还具有较强的抗炎消肿和抑菌作用.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Lieshu capsule on experimental benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)as well as its anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic actions.Methods The BPH model was induced by implanting the urogenital sinus in the mice.The method of rat metabolic cage was used to observe the effect on the urine volume.The anti-inflammatory and detumescence of Lieshu capsule were evaluated by using the dimethylxylene-caused mouse ear swelling and carrageenin-challenged paw edema,respectively.The bacteriostatic action was also observed.Results Lieshu capsule decreased the wet weights of prostate and the level of serum prostatic-specific acid phosphatase(PAP).Lieshu capsule significantly increased the the urine volume.High and medium doses of Lieshu capsule markedly suppressed dimethylxylene-caused mousear swelling and carrageenin-challenged paw edema.Lieshu capsule inhibited the common pathogenic bacteria,obtaining the minimal inhibitory concentrations of 250,250,and 500 mg/L for Bacillus coli,Bacillus proteus,and Diplococcus gonorrhoeae,espectively.Conclusion Lieshu capsule can inhibit benign prostate hyperplasia and has diuretic effect.Lieshu capsule has anti-inflammatory,repercussive,and bacteriostatic actions.
