【摘要】 目的探讨剖宫产疤痕妊娠的诊断及治疗.方法回顾分析2005年1月至2009年3月共收治11例剖宫产术后子宫疤痕处妊娠的患者,对其临床资料进行分析.结果11例患者的年龄24～41岁,6例患者给予米非司酮、氨甲喋呤治疗,其中1例同时行介入治疗,5例行子宫峡部妊娠病灶切除术,11例患者均治愈出院.结论经阴道超声检查是诊断剖宫产疤痕妊娠的主要手段,可根据患者具体情况,采取个体化治疗,可获得良好疗效.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Method The clinical data of 11 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed from Jan.2005 to Mar.2009.Results The age of 11 patients was from 24 to 41 years.Six patients were given mifepristone and methotrexate,and one patient received uterine artery embolization simultaneously.Five cases received the clearance of the womb cicatricial cyesis via the section on the isthmic portion of womb.All of the 11 patients were cured after individual therapies.Conclusions Transvaginal Doppler ultrasound is the major method for diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.Individual therapy is recommended and considerable effect can be seen after it.更多还原
