【摘要】 目的了解2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变(PVD)发生率,分析PVD的相关危险因素.方法2型糖尿病280例进行多普勒血流探测仪检查.比较下肢血管病变组与正常对照组生化指标间的差异,并对病变的危险因素采用logistic回归方法进行分析.结果多普勒血流探测仪检查显示下肢血管病变者占62.2%(174/280).PVD有关的危险因素包括年龄、病程、收缩压、舒张压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血尿酸、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖,其中独立危险因素有年龄、收缩压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和餐后2h血糖(OR分别为1.164、1.066、5.693、1.214).结论2型糖尿病下肢血管病变发生率高,高血压、高血脂、高血糖是其独立危险因素,严格控制血压、血脂、血糖,有利于预防和减少下肢血管病变的发生.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence and analyze the risk factors of the vascular disease in lower limbs of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The vascular disease in lower limbs of 280 subjects with type 2 diabetes were tested by Doppler ultrasonic blood stream detector.Clinic data between Diabetes and control groups were compared,and risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression.Results There were 62.2%(174/280)patients who had vascular disease in lower limbs with type 2 diabetes.The related risk factors of PVD included age,course of disease,SBP,DBP,LDL,UA,FBG 2 h BG,and independent risk factors were age,SBP,LDL,2hBG(OR:1.164,1.066,5.693,1.214).Conclusion There is higher incidence of the vascular disease in lower limbs of patients with type 2 diabetes,and the independent risk factors are hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia.Strictly control of blood pressure,blood fat,and glucose can help prevent and reduce the incidence rate of the vascular disease in lower limbs with type 2 diabetes.更多还原
