【摘要】 目的观察面神经高位切断后其神经元的形态改变.方法建立SD大鼠面神经高位切断模型后行HE、TB和TUNEL染色,观察健侧面神经元及术后1、3周时伤侧面神经元的形态改变.结果健侧和术后1周伤侧面神经元均未见明显凋亡,术后3周伤侧面神经元见明显凋亡.结论面神经损伤后3周可导致伤侧面神经元出现明显凋亡.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the neuronal morphology of facial nucleus after facial nerve cut off. Methods The model of SD rats suffered facial nerve cut off was established.Then HE,TB and TUNEL staining were made to observe the neuronal morphology of facial nucleus on the healthy side and injured side of 1 and 3 week group.Results There were no obvious neuronal apoptosis of facial nucleus on the healthy side and injured side of 1 week group.But on the injured side of 3 week group there was remarkable neuronal apoptosis of facial nucleus.Conclusion 3 weeks after facial nerve cut off neurons of facial nucleus may be induced to remarkable apoptosis.更多还原
