【摘要】 目的研究食物脂肪组成、脂肪含量以及外源性胆盐对小鼠粪便pH值和粪便胆酸含量的影响,为调整膳食预防结肠癌提供科学依据.方法昆明种小鼠分为基础对照组、菜籽油组、猪油组、胆盐对照组、菜籽油加胆盐组和猪油加胆盐组进行实验.实验期间取小鼠新鲜粪便,每2周采用精密pH计测定1次粪便pH值,每4周采用比色法测定1次粪便胆酸含量.结果猪油组小鼠粪便pH值显著高于菜籽油组和基础对照组(P<0.05),菜籽油组与基础对照组之间小鼠粪便pH值无显著性差异.基础对照组、菜籽油组和猪油组小鼠粪便胆酸含量均无显著性差异.加入外源性胆盐后,加胆盐组小鼠粪便pH值均显著性低于相应的不加胆盐组(P<0.05);猪油加胆盐组小鼠粪便pH值显著性高于菜籽油加胆盐组和胆盐对照组(P<0.05),菜籽油加胆盐组小鼠粪便pH值显著低于胆盐对照组(P<0.05);各胆盐组粪胆酸含量显著性增加,但各胆盐组间粪胆酸含量均无显著性差异.结论膳食脂肪含量和膳食脂肪组成不影响粪便胆酸的排泄,但富含高饱和脂肪酸的猪油能升高小鼠肠道的pH值.外源性胆盐能显著性增加粪胆酸的含量并降低粪pH值.菜籽油具有降低胆盐组小鼠粪便pH值的作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of the dietary fat’s contents,fatty acid compositions and exogenous cholate on feces pH and the contents of feces cholic acid.Method Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:Basic control (BC),Rapeseed oil (RO),Lard group (LG),cholate control group (CC),rapeseed oil plus cholate (RC) and lard plus cholate (LC).Feces pH value was examined every two weeks,feces cholic acid was detected every four weeks.Results The feces pH in LG was significantly higher than that in BC and RO (P<0.05),there was no significant difference between BC and RO.No significant difference was found in feces cholic acid among BC,RO and LG.With the addition of cholate in feed,the cholic acid in feces increased significantly,the feces pH reduced significantly (P<0.05),compared with the no cholate groups respectively. Feces pH of LC was significantly higher than that in RC and CC, feces pH in RC was significantly lower than that in CC (P <0.05).Compared with the no cholate groups, no significantly difference existed among all the cholate groups.Conclusions Dietaryfat contents and fattyacid compositions don’t influence the content of feces cholic acid.The lard can promote the feces pH.Exogenous cholate can significantly increase the content of cholic acid in feces and reduce feces pH value.Rapeseed oil can reduce the feces pH value under cholate feed.更多还原
