【摘要】 目的研究慢性肺源性心脏病(CPHD)患者生命质量的影响因素,为今后进一步开展干预研究提供参考依据.方法采用自行设计研制并经过了方法学评价的慢性肺源性心脏病患者生命质量测定量表(QLICD-CPHDV1.0)对120例CPHD患者的生命质量进行测定.所用到的统计学方法有统计描述、t检验、方差分析和多元回归分析等.结果CPHD患者的生命质量得分在不同年龄、职业及经济状况的人群间存在统计学意义的差异;不同性别、民族的CPHD患者部分领域得分存在统计学意义差异.职业、年龄和经济状况进入回归方程.结论影响慢性肺源性心脏病患者生命质量的因素主要有年龄、职业、经济状况等.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore factors that affect the quality of life in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD) in order to improve the treatment of CPHD.Methods 120 CPHD patients’quality of life were measured by using the instrument of QLICD-CPHD developed by researchers.The statistical methods used in this research included statistical description,t-test,ANOVA and multiple regression analysis.Result There were statistical difference in quality of life among CPHD patients who had different economic status,age and occupation.The variables entered the regression equation were occupation,age and economic status.Conclusion The main factors affecting CPHD patients’quality of life were their occupation,age and economic status.更多还原
