【摘要】 目的评价超声引导下射频消融(RFA)治疗肝癌的临床价值.方法50例肝癌患者的66个肿块接受了经皮肝穿射频消融治疗,行超声造影检查以了解RFA的治疗效果,并随访观察其复发及生存情况.结果66个肿块RFA治疗后超声造影检查,11个≥5cm的肿块周边有部分强化,又进行了RFA治疗,而55个肿块各个时相均未见增强.随访2a中,病灶≤3cm的31例患者1a生存率93.5%(29/31),2a生存率87.1%(27/31);两者比较P<0.05,病灶>3cm和≤3cm的两组1a生存率比较P<0.05,2a生存率比较P<0.01,均具有统计学意义.病灶>3cm的19例患者1a生存率84.2%(16/19),2a生存率68.4%(13/19).结论超声引导下射频消融治疗肝癌是一种微创、并发症少、安全方便、疗效可靠的方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for treatment of hepatic cancinoma.Methods The 66 tumors in 50 patients with hepatic carcinoma were treated with radiofrequency ablation.Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound were used to evaluate efficacy of RFA.All patients had been followed up for two years.Results CEUS was examined after RFA treatment in 66 tumors.The part 11 tumors ≥5 cm had enhanced.They were treated again with RFA.The 55 tumors were not enhanced in all stages of CEUS.Survival rate for one year was 93.5% (29/31),and two years was 87.1% (27/31) to 31 patient of tumors ≤3 cm.Survival rate for one year was 84.2%(16/19),and two years was 68.4%(13/19)to 19 patients of tumors>3 cm.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation is a micro-invasive,fewcomplications safe,convenient and effective technique in the treatment of hepatic cancionma.更多还原
