【摘要】 能源安全是国家经济安全的重要方面,石油安全是能源安全的核心。目前中国的能源安全问题日益明显,能否获得稳定的石油供应,确保国家能源安全,将直接影响到中国经济社会的发展前景。从地缘政治视角看,中国的能源外交战略重点应着眼于周边地区;解决中国石油安全保障的思路,须从周边环境着手;中国应通过外交努力,积极推动与周边国家的石油合作,在东南亚和中亚地区寻求稳定的油源和开发新的运输通道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy security is an important aspect of a country′s economic security,the petro security is the core of energy security.At present,China′s energy security is becoming increasingly clear that the availability of a stable petro supply,to ensure national energy security,will directly affect China′s economic and social development prospects.From a geopolitical perspective,China′s energy diplomacy should focus on the strategy of the surrounding areas;solution to China′s oil security must start from the surrounding environment;through diplomatic efforts with neighboring countries,China can actively promote cooperation in petro in the Southeast Asia and the search for stability in Central Asia and the development of new petro sources in the transport corridor.更多还原
