【Abstract】 To study the chemical constituents of lignans in Lysimachia clethroide Duby.The compounds were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20 and Semipreparative RP-HPLC,the structures of the chemical constituents were identified by extensive spectroscopic data analysis.Two lignans were obtained and identified as:(+)-Isolariciresinol-9′-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),Urolignoside(2).Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time.更多还原
