【Abstract】 Since it’s founding,the United Nations has supported the promotion,development and implementation of international norms and standards.The demand of the Charter for a rule of law aims at the substitution of right for might.The United Nations has contributed to the strengthening of the rule of international law.Cultivating a just,secure and peaceful world governed by the rule of law is a primary purpose of the United nations and its Member States,and strengthening and coordinating rule of law at the international level is essential to the realization of the purpose.更多还原
