【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems in the farmer training mechanism from six aspects based on the evaluation of the performance of farmer cultivation in Zhejiang.Therefore,we should develop a new farmer cultivation mechanism in terms of innovation of training content and methods,supervision and management mechanism,utility mechanism of educa-tional resources,upgrading rural vocational education level and strengthening legislation of farmer training.更多还原
