三坐标测量机对螺纹丝杠螺距累积误差的测量及编程
The Program and Messurement of the Cumulate Errors of Screw Distance
【摘要】 本文通过几年的工作实践,用三坐标测量机手动测量螺距累积误差需要的时间长,效率底,采用了程序控制去自动测量,大大缩短了测量时间,提高了效率。
【Abstract】 It’s need to take a long time to measure the cumulate errors of screw distance by hand before,and low efficiency;Now,it’s only take a few time to measure the errors with program that is automatic measure,and high efficiency.
