【摘要】 目的:为了初步解决临床及社区护理人员对于患者信息的动态管理与随访分析,建立网络电子健康档案。方法:采集患者信息构建数据库,并利用PHP+APACHE+ACCESS构建网络平台,实现对数据库的数据录入、数据管理、数据查询及基本统计分析等功能。结果:建立了与现有纸质调查表内容一致的网络数据交互平台。结论:网络电子健康档案的建立,得到了临床及社区护理人员的肯定,方便了他们对患者的信息的掌握,同时也能使患者及时了解自己的健康状况。同时网络电子健康档案的建立也从信息共享方面体现了区域医疗信息化的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To resolve clinical and community nurses to the patients information dynamic management and follow-up analysis initially,establishing network electronic health files. Methods Collecting the patients’ information to construct data-base,utilizing PHP+APACHE+ACCESS to build network platform,to achieve data entry,data management,data inquiry and basic statistical analysis in data-base. Result Setting up a kind of network data cross-platform which is consistent with paper-based questionnaire. Conclusion The establishment of network electronic health files gets confirmation of clinical and community nurses,to be convenience to grasp the patients’ information,and the patients can understand their health status simultaneously.
