复合侵染瓠瓜的两种病毒的互作研究

【摘要】 小西葫芦黄化花叶病毒(zucchini yellow mosaic virus,ZYMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)是侵染葫芦科植物的主要病毒。本研究在三种供试品种的瓠瓜上单独和混合接种ZYMV和CMV,对各处理的病情和病毒积累量进行分析。两种病毒在三种瓠瓜供试品种上均表现明显的致病性。ZYMV和CMV的复合侵染加重瓠瓜发病症状,表现为协生作用。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对三种瓠瓜上ZYMV与CMV进行检测并分析了病毒的积累量。结果表明,复合侵染情况下CMV的积累高于单独侵染,与致病性检测结果一致。

【Abstract】 Zucchini yellow mosaic virus and cucumber mosaic virus are the main viruses that infect the Cucurbitaceous plants. ZYMV and CMV were inoculated separately or complexly on the three varieties,and the disease index and virus accumulation were analyzed. Two types of virus on the three varieties of gourd for test both show the obvious pathogenicity. ZYMV and CMV complex infection lead to severe disease. which exhibit a synergistic interaction. Accumulation of ZYMV and CMV were detected by emzyme-linked immunosorbeut assay(ELISA). The results show that the accumulation of CMV in the complex infection cases is higher than infection alone,which is consistent with results of the pathogenicity detection.
