【摘要】 我国是主题公园的"重灾区",已因主题公园"沉船"而沉淀了3000多亿元资金。对我国主题公园"废品回收利用"是一个亟待研究的重大现实课题。陷入困境的主题公园不能消极坐以待毙,而应积极寻求出路。在只有极少数主题公园能圆迪斯尼梦的现实面前,急流勇退、适时改造转型成为困境主题公园的理想归宿之一。改造转型是指对其原有设施加以继承或改造利用,保留其旅游性质与功能,但要作出有别于原主题公园的旅游景区形态转变。转型的道路多种多样,做法不拘一格。文章以广州东方乐园为例,就此问题作窥见一斑的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many topic park have closed down in our country,which has deposited 300 000 million.How to reused these topic park is an important and practical task expected to research.The topic parks in dot water can not do nothing and should seek their ways positive.The one of perfect end-results is scuttling,rebuilding and transferring when few topic parks can succeed as Disney do.rebuilding and transferring the park is the form transformation of park,by which the park inherits and rebuilds the intrinsic establishment,reserves its tourism attribute and function and alters its intrinsic topic.There are many ways to the transformation.The paper try to disscuss the transformation by the example of DongFang fairyland.更多还原
