【摘要】 随着网络的发展,个性化服务环境的改善,个性化服务的理念已从图书馆提供的单纯的文献层面的服务逐步向解决方案的知识层面的服务转变。根据目前高校图书馆信息服务工作现状,提出了以网络环境为基础,通过网页定制服务、个性化服务模型构建、信息推送服务(Push Technology)、互动式信息服务等方式提升图书馆个性化服务水平的策略,对高校图书馆信息服务工作的可持续发展,使之更好地服务于教学和科研工作服务具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the internet and the improvement of personalized service environment,concept of personalized service changes from pure literature-providing to problem-solving level.According to the current situation of college library information service,and on the basis of the network environment,the author puts forward several strategies for boosting college library′s personalized information service through methods of the customized web service,construction of personalized service model,information pushing service and interactive information service.The study is of referential value for sustainable development of college library information service,and the purpose is to provide a better service for the teaching and scientific research.更多还原
