基于反馈神经网络的高校毕业生就业区域流向分类研究
Classification Research on the Regional Flows of University Graduates’ Employment Based on Recurrent Neural Network
【摘要】 目前对高校毕业生的就业流向研究仅局限于个别城市或地区,不具有广泛的代表性。站在全国角度,对高校毕业生区域流向进行了分类研究,结合不同地区的特点挖掘其就业吸引力和未来潜力,旨在为高校毕业生理性选择就业区域提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The researches on regional flows of university graduates’employment,which are limited in individual cities and areas at present,haven’t wide representative.This paper makes a classification research on regional flows of university graduates’employment in the angle of nationwide,and digs the employment attraction and potential according to the characteristics of various regions,being aimed at providing the reference for graduates’ rational selection of employment regions.
