【Abstract】 Taking the development of the economical affordable housing in Hangzhou City as an example, and through inspecting some problems and phenomena occurring in the course of implementing the economical affordable housing in Hangzhou City, this paper makes the public policy analysis on the problems in the implementation of the economical affordable housing and the policy itself, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting and modifying the existing economical affordable housing system and for making the macro -control, which provides the theoretical bases and implementation paths for the scientific implementation of governmental macro-control of the economical affordable housing.更多还原
