【摘要】 在分析总结城市用地适宜性评价的相关理论基础上,将城市规划用地评价方法与地理信息技术融合成一整体,利用GIS强大的空间分析能力,使得城市用地的适宜性评价方法更加科学合理。文章以泉州市为例,利用AHP方法,对泉州目前的城市用地情况进行了适宜性的定量分析,将现有城市用地划分为适宜开发土地、经改善后适宜开发的土地、不适宜开发的土地三类,有机地结合了GIS技术手段,使得所得到的分析结果更加具有科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the relevant theory of urban land use suitability assessment,the evaluation method of urban land use planning,using of powerful spatial analysis of GIS capabilities,making the city the land suitability assessment more scientific and reasonable.The article takes Quanzhou as example,using the AHP method,the quantitative analysis of the existing urban land use was conducted,and classified the suitable for the development of land,suitable for development of improveding land,not suitable for development as three Categories.combination of GIS technology,the results of the analysis will be more scientific.更多还原
