【Abstract】 Six characteristics of systemic thinking are discussed and common problems in economically underdeveloped regions are analyzed. Five suggestions have been made in this paper,inc. improving the theoretic knowledge of devisers of local economic development through intensive learning,understanding the characteristics of the target region through careful investigation,enhancing self-confidence and making development plan based on local resources,creating a friendly environment to facilitate the communication with external world,and improving and accelerating development of local economy during the practice.更多还原
