屎肠球菌透明质酸酶基因致病意义的研究

【摘要】 目的研究屎肠球菌透明质酸酶(hyl)基因在细菌感染中的致病意义。方法分别用hyl基因阳性的屎肠球菌和hyl基因阴性的屎肠球菌菌株作小鼠腹腔注射,建立小鼠腹膜炎模型,通过检测相关的腹膜炎指标以分析2株细菌的毒力差异。结果hyl基因阳性株感染后6h和12h,外周血白细胞均高于hyl基因阴性株,前者24h白细胞下降趋势快于后者;前者肠系膜炎症浸润情况也较后者严重。结论hyl基因可能是屎肠球菌的毒力基因之一,它可能与屎肠球菌的致病能力密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pathogenicity of hyaluronidase(hyl)gene in E.faecium.MethodsThe hyl gene-positive and-negative E.faecium strains were used to build mouse peritonitis models by intraperitoneal injection.The virulence between these two types of strains was compared by peritonitis index.ResultsThe peripheral blood WBC count in the mice after injection of hyl gene-positive strain was higher than that after injection of hyl gene-negative strain at both 6 and 12 hour time point.The WBC count decreased at 24 hour in the mice injected with hyl gene-positive strain,but increased in the mice injected with hyl gene-negative strain.The inflammatory infiltration in mesentery was more serious in the hyl gene-positive strain infected mice than the hyl gene-negative strain infected mice.ConclusionsHyl gene was probably one of the virulence genes in E.faecium.It maybe associated with the pathogenicity of E.faecium.
