【摘要】 目的:评价参蛭疏血滴丸治疗中风恢复期(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:425例患者采用随机分组、双盲双模拟对照(治疗组:参蛭疏血滴丸,对照组:脑心通胶囊)的方法,其中治疗组213例,对照组212例。疗程4周,观察患者治疗前后多项评价指标的变化。结果:参蛭疏血滴丸治疗组在改善患者生活能力状态、血脂、血液流变学等方面优于对照组(P<0.05);其余评价指标2组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:参蛭疏血滴丸治疗中风恢复期(气虚血瘀证)疗效确切,无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the clinical effect and safety of Shenzhi Shuxue Drop Pills in treatment of Patients with Apoplexy at convalescence stage(Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome).Methods: A randomized,double blinded,double dummy controlled trial was adopted in the 425 cases.The 213 cases were treated with Shenzhi Shuxue Drop Pills,and the control group(212 cases) were treated with Naoxintong Capsule.The therapy course lasted for 4 weeks during which various indices were measured before and after the treatment.Results: The improvement of patients’ daily abilities,blood fat,and hemorheological indices were better in the treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05);while other indices had no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shenzhi Shuxue Drop Pills have good efficacy in treating patients with apoplexy at convalescence stage(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) and have no adverse and toxic effects.更多还原
